Good start to the week....

What a beautiful day!

Okay, the weather.com site said it would be 83, so I get out the skirt, dress shirt, and sandals..and walk across campus in the 47 degree weather like an idiot! People are in sweats and hoodies and all that good stuff! Oh well, its warm now! I didn't have Latin class today since I got an A on the last test, didn't have to go to the review, so I spent the hour between classes talking to my mom in her office and doing my English homework. Shavar and I talked Nolan out of going to class after he walked all the way to Corbly, then I went back to the dorm and had some lunch. You know its a good day when the cafeteria has Chicken Patties! I have a lot of RA stuff to do tonight~ meetings with the floors at 8:45, program at 9:15, staff meeting, wahoo! Only one more horrid Monday night like that and I'm done forever. Did I mention yet that I only have one more duty night~ sunday the 27th (the day Luke was going to see if I wanted to do something lol!)? but yeah...I can't wait for summer to roll around!

Well, I promised Kendra I would write in my journal this evening...so this is for you Kendra!

Well, I'm home right now! Just got done shopping with my mom. We went to the mall to get her rings resized, to look around, and I got some good buys. Well, not cheap buys..but those expensive must haves like the cutest khaki skirt. (Okay, sorry Kevin, this is getting girly again!) Okay, I will change the subject~

Now I dont have anything really new to write. I made it through the week I never thought I would make it through! I've been fighting these allergies since last Friday, and I really thought they would be the end of me. That and the two anatomy projects I had due...grr..but I did better on two tests than I thought I did, so that is always a great plus!

The Green/White Scrimmage game is tomorrow and I guess I'm really excited! I'll get to watch Luke play. And I know that he is really excited to get it over and out of the way to have some more spare time, so that makes me excited if he's excited. And we'll have more time to see each other...which will be nice too, even though I had no problem being put second to football, but I am sure you understand!

Well I am going to go spend some time with the family and relax

Wow..I've never been happier to say this: TGIF! Its been one long...and quite horrible week! I had a Phonetics exam yesterday...and well, I just really dont even want to talk about it. I spent all week studying for that, anatomy, and latin and I think I truly bombed all three, but I guess that happens sometimes. I spent all last night studying...well mostly talking and hanging out at Kelly's apartment with her and Robin and whoever else was in and out all evening. We had a good time...but I was exhausted when I got back home. Luke called around 12...he was over at Perretta's (can't spell), hanging out with the guys..they were gettin ready to go out and I tried to pump him up for it :) But it was enough to put me in a better mood before I went to bed...And thankfully he called again when he got home at 3..and that made my night again! I was dead asleep...but he was in a good mood and it definitely put a smile on my face. I think I accidentally hung up on him though..I'm not sure what happened, and I didnt want to call his house at 3, but oh well! I'm sure he didn't mind too much. I dont know what the plan is today...I get off work at 2:30 and I plan on letting the benadryl induce some sleep and hopefully make me feel better..I have half a voice due to my freakin allergies! My head feels like its going to explode. But I am sure napping for a few hours has to definitely help. Omar has askedme to come to his birthday party...so maybe I will stop by for a little while, I sure would like to see some people that I haven't seen for a long time...but I don't know if I'm really up for partying or not. I might just stay at home and watch some movies and do nothing but SAVOR! I do have a lot of homework to accomplish this weekend but I'm on duty Saturday so I guess I can catch up on it then. Who knows really...but I am going to go now!
