Been a long boring day here.

Went to the mall today, for the 3rd day in a row. Wanted to get a couple more shirts from Casual Corner. Yesterday was the first time I've ever been in there and now I'm in love with it. Its funny because I can't really wear AE stuff anymore. I have to dress up every day for work and it is "business casual" attire. My mom was giving me a hard time, "aww you are all grown up now." Weird. I have to work like every day that I have class so I have to dress up every day. Like I worked from 2-6 M/W/F right after I get outta class at 2. Then on T/Th I get up at 8 and work from 8-12, then go to class at 12:30. I guess its good, makes me actually TRY to look okay for class. No more baggy sweatpants and sweatshirts to class.

Should I go out? Hmm..I should, but its the same damn thing every night. Oh boy what I would do for a friendly card game of CofD, Crazy 8's or Asshole.

Parents leaving town tomorrow. Lots of laundry and packing to do.

Anyways, its the weekend. I don't really have any major plans besides packing for school. Perhaps I will go out with the girls a few times, I know that my opportunities for that are slimming. Once school starts its going to be total chaos..I'll be quite busy. I have a fairly difficult course load, will be working 19 hours a week at the library, and will be doing all that RA stuff.

Well...its gonna be a long weekend of laundry and packing. Last year I was so motivated to start packing. I think I started the day I got back from senior week (or well, a few days after, I had to recover for a bit *wink*). I would find something laying around that I would need at school so I threw it in one of many rubbermaid tubs I had. I bought like fifty dollars worth of stuff (at least) every week that I thought I needed or would look cute in my room. So the week before I had to move, everything was really done. This year I have no motivation, I dont have that excitement about leaving home for the first time. I'm only going to be 20 minutes away so I am sure I can run home to get something, but I dont want to do that. I wanna just be out and moved in, I want the dorm to be my new home.

An ordinary day..

Got up early and went to work. It was so chilly out this morning I had to grab a sweatshirt, no complaining on my part, I hate the heat. Once again we had another dud day at work (summer is winding down, not much left for us to do). Ran into my dad on campus for lunch so we went and got a smoothie and sat around the student center. Then Chris showed up, talked to him for a bit. Went to see my dad's office on campus, crazy to think that both of my parents are going to be right on campus with me. And Chris. Hmm..weird.

Got a call from the eye doctor saying they could get me in today, left work at 1. Doctors appointment was over in a jiffy so I spent the rest of the day in the pool, the water was freezing but refreshing as well. Got my glasses ordered, should be in sometime next week, now I'll be able to see again.

Just got done shopping at the mall, God I hate the mall.

Well, football started today...the boys are in the dorms for 2 a days. No Luke for awhile.
