Well, it is Saturday night. I must say the weekend is not as enticing..being back in Huntington. Usually I would sleep til 12:00, call Seth and we would hit up brunch. Occasionally Courtney and Jen would roll out of bed early enough to eat with me, or I would sit around hungry till they got up and go eat. Social event. This morning I scrambled my own eggs, not as fun when you're not making fun of everyone's hangovers. Boy, funny how you miss the little things.

In some long emails to Courtney and Jen, I've realized that the distance really makes you value your friendship. You can take a step back and see how much they mean to you when they aren't right across the hall. Everyone says that the friends you make in college will be your life time friends, that friendships made in college are solid, made to last..unlike highschool friendships. I guess I am finally seeing why so many people have told me that.

How much longer till August..eventho I wont be back at Morehead, my girls will be an hour away...my boys will be an hour away..and my days might just be a little brighter.

Been a long week..time to cuddle up to a nice book.
